Where are my Conference joining links?

All registered delegates will receive their conference joining links by email no later than the 14th April. 

If you do not see the joining links in your inbox check your spam/junk folders or contact the conference organisers. 

Reminder emails that include the joining links will be sent one day and one hour before the start of each session. 


What link to use:

Registered delegates will be emailed a personalised joining link for Go To Webinar. 

This joining link will work for each of the four sessions

The webinar will open for delegates 5 minutes before the presentations  begin.

21st April

Coffee/Lunch Lounges

Interactive discussions with a panel of experts

Delegates will be emailed a Zoom link that will give them access to the coffee/lunch lounges 

This link will work for all three lounges.

22nd April

Work shops and short course

Delegates will be emailed three zoom links. One for each of the workshops/short course.

Registration  required

Delegates will be sent three zoom links. A link for each of the workshops and short course.

Please register using these zoom link for the short course/workshops that you want to attend. 



I am presenting at the conference - How do I join the session I am presenting in?

All presenters are registered for the conference and will be sent joining links for the conference that can be used to access the sessions, coffee lounges as well as the short course and workshops on the 22nd.

For the session that contains your presentation join 5 minutes before the start time. You will be invited to raise your hand and will be made a panellist by the conference organisers. Details of to do this will be emailed to you.

TIP: If you can hear the chairs but not the presentations open the Volume button on the bottom right of your screen, open Volume Mixer and adjust settings for all volume inputs to maximum

Accessing the on-demand content

If you missed any of the sessions or want to revisit the content you can access the on-demand conference channel. 

Recordings of sessions will be added to the Conference Library area within 48 hours of the conference ending. See your Virtual Conference Bag for the Conference Library Link.
