Covid-19 Update

Sign up here for regular conference updates.

With the travel restrictions currently in place around the world the conference planning group are of course having to plan how to keep our speakers and delegates safe during an international conference at the end of July. At present the intention is to keep to the original plan and we very much hope that we will be able to welcome you to Glasgow in July with all restrictions lifted.

However, if this is not feasible, whether because restrictions are still in place or because things have not got back to normal, then the planning group have developed a contingency plan which will enable the conference to run as a virtual event. This virtual event will enable authors to still present their work and have their papers published in the conference proceedings. Delegates will be able to hear the presentations, take part in question and answer sessions with the presenting authors and access the full library of papers and presentations given during the event.

The organising committee will be having regular virtual meetings between now and mid-May to finalise the arrangements and continually reassess the situation. Updates will be issued to keep you informed of any developments and the decision on how the conference will move forward will be announced in May.

Please hold the dates of the conference in your diary so you will be able to be involved either in person in Glasgow or by taking part in the virtual conference.
