RACHP Trailblazer Apprenticeship update

17 Jul 2018 09:00 to 09:30

The new Apprenticeship is probably one of the most significant developments in our industry in recent years, and will have the most long term impact and benefits. It will underpin many other initiatives dependent on the future skills and behaviours of technicians responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump equipment.

Chairman of the Employers' steering group who developed the apprenticeship, John Austin-Davies FInstR talks about how the industry came together to address the training needs and develop a common standard specification linked to the Engineering Council Engineering Technician competencies.

Join us for this short webinar introduction to how the new apprenticeship came together and principles behind it.
