It will raise awareness of the availability and use of these refrigerants with a promotional campaign to international and UK trade press, the International Institute of Refrigeration networks (the IIR represents 58 countries), IOR in the UK. 

Supporting this timely international event will provide a showcase for your organisation’s role in developing low GWP refrigerant solutions for the future. An estimated 60-80 papers will be given, 2 cutting-edge key note speakers and 120 people will take part in the conference.

Sponsorship options 

Platinum Sponsorship Package: £5500 - three delegate places, exhibition space, your logo on main slides, signage, badges and abstract booklet, verbal acknowledgement at the event, announcement of the sponsorship on IOR social media and in a press release, your logo on advance publicity including conference website, booking forms and press releases,  company details including logo, outline and hotlink on the conference website, up to two inserts in conference bag and one full page advert in the abstract booklet.

Gold Sponsorship Package: Cost £4000 - two delegate places, exhibition space, your logo on the abstract booklet, verbal acknowledgement at the event, announcement of the sponsorship on IOR social media and in a press release, your logo on advance publicity including conference website, booking forms and press releases, company details including logo, outline and hotlink on the conference website, one insert in conference bag and one half page advert in the abstract booklet.

Silver Sponsorship Package: Cost £3000 – one delegate places, your logo on the abstract booklet, verbal acknowledgement at the event, announcement of the sponsorship on IOR social media and in a press release, your logo on advance publicity including conference website, booking forms and press releases, company details including logo, outline and hotlink on the conference website, one insert in conference bag and one quarter page advert in the abstract booklet.

Bronze Sponsorship Package: Cost £1500 – Your logo on the abstract booklet, verbal acknowledgement at the event, announcement of the sponsorship on IOR social media and in a press release, your logo on advance publicity including conference website, booking forms and press releases, company details including logo, outline and hotlink on the conference website, one insert in conference bag.

Specific items are also available for sponsorship: These sponsorship packages include your company logo on the sponsored item, one piece of company literature included in the conference bag, company logo and hyperlink on conference website and your logo in the conference abstract booklet.

As well as sponsorship, the following options are also available:

• Exhibition Stand Package – £750 Exhibition space to display a small pop up style display stand and literature. The pop up stand is to be no more than three feet in length. We will supply a table and chair and lunch for one company representative. The company details will be displayed on the conference website in the exhibitors’ area and have a hot link to your organisation’s website.
• Half page advertisement in the abstract brochure: £500
• One piece of company literature included in the conference bag: £500
