Since the first publication of the Soft Landings Framework in 2009, BSRIA has been advocating the culture change in the approach of delivering buildings.Adopting Soft Landings on a project improves communication and collaboration between all parties in the building delivery chain and helps the project team focus more on the end users’ needs and the client’s expectations.
The 2018 update of Soft Landings Framework and some new publications to support the clients and project delivery teams will be presented together with the benefits such collaborative approach can produce better buildings.
