The original “Fridge Dinner” will return for its 122nd occasion on 23rd February 2023 providing members and guests with the opportunity to meet new contacts, clients and friends while supporting the work and achievements of the Institute and the RACHP sector as a whole in areas such as education and environment.

Whilst it mainly focuses on domestic fridges it also has an interview with Lisa-Jayne Cook as President of the Institute of Refrigeration taking BBC presenter Hannah Fry through a very chilly looking cold store.
