This years' AGM Chaired by President Kevin Glass FInstR will take place online.  The meeting will start at 4pm on 5th November 2020 and will be followed by Mike Creamer's Presidential Address. 

 

Members are invited to attend the AGM on line.  Please register below and you will be sent a reminder 1 day and 1 hour before the meeting starts. You will also be able to vote online on the Agenda items below. Register to attend and vote live at AGM   

 

Alternatively, you can vote in advance by post/email using the Proxy Form attached to the AGM notice here. Please return your completed form to the IOR in advance. If you use the Proxy Form to cast your vote, you may not vote live at the AGM on line, although you may attend to listen to the meeting.

 

A G E N D A

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 6th November 2019  

2. To receive the Annual Review and Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31st March 2020 for the Charitable Incorporated Institute of Refrigeration no 1166869 

3. To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer and consider for adoption, the Audited Accounts and Balance Sheets for the year ended 31st March 2020. 

4. To appoint as auditors for the next set of accounts, Myrus Smith and Partners of Sutton, Surrey and to authorise the Board of Trustees to agree remuneration.

5. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Board of Trustee motion that the subscription rates be held for the year commencing 1st April 2021

6. To confirm the appointment of Trustees and Officers of the Institute of Refrigeration

7. Any other business notified in accordance with the Constitution given in writing to the Chief Executive at least 14 days before the meeting.
