14th International Conference on Compressors and Their Systems

8 Sep 2025 to 10 Sep 2025

The 14th International Conference on Compressors and Their Systems will be organised by the Centre for Compressors Technology at City St George’s, University of London, from 8 to 10 September 2025.

This 3-day conference is organised by the Centre for Compressor Technology at City St George’s. It provides a forum for developments in air, gas, and refrigeration compressors, vacuum pumps, and expanders. The programme will include keynote addresses, research and technical papers, podium papers, panel discussions, and an industry lunch. This will provide a platform to identify current challenges and help shape future research.

Organisers are inviting papers related to all types of compressors, expanders, and their systems, including but not limited to: reciprocating, diaphragm, turbo, axial, scroll, screw, vane, rotary, and all other types of compressors and expanders.

The conference theme will be “Emerging Technologies in Compressors and their Systems” and the topics covered will include:

  • New industry trends, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital twins, and Internet of things, virtual reality, visualization, and visual analytics
  • Emerging technologies in design and manufacturing
  • Hydrogen technology
  • Safety and Environmental Impact
  • Energy efficiency towards Net Zero emissions
  • Heating and cooling demand integration
  • Sustainable power and heat
  • System Integration and Behaviour
  • Numerical and experimental modelling, analysis, and testing
