VRV Pipework Insulation, Lawrence Leask FInstR

This talk will explain why the correct insulation of VRV pipework is so important and what installers and system operators need to know and look for.  

During TM44 Air Conditioning inspections, today's presenter often identifies huge issues with poorly installed or damaged insulation on heat pumps, VRF, VRF and split units.  Correctly insulating and maintaining the hundreds of miles of pipework should help the UK to progress towards achieving its net zero goals while helping to reduce operational costs and system efficiency. 

The Presenter Lawerence Leask

Lawrence Leask delivers projects that improve the efficiency of refrigeration systems, process chillers, air handling units, pumps, and fans. From site surveys, through detailed forensic examination of service sheets, he has a history of identifying opportunities to reduce energy and optimise efficiency.
