elementalLONDON 2025  is focused on accelerating building efficiency is aimed at those involved in specifying buildings and their operation. The show is an opportunity to engage with professionals from across the supply chain in the heating and cooling, water, air, energy, and technology space – including architects, designers, housebuilders, developers, local authorities, housing associations, facilities managers, and consultants.

Tim Thain

Tim began his refrigeration career in 2004 as an apprentice engineer while studying NVQs. He progressed into design, working on supermarket projects and studying Building Services Engineering, eventually 
becoming a senior design & applications engineer.  He has won multiple awards, including RAC/IOR National Student of the Year 2006, Eastleigh College Governor’s Award and Wessex BSE Engineer of the Year. Today, He is no an account manager at Resource Data Management, supporting customers with advanced HVACR and energy solutions.
