 11.10 - 11.40: Back to basics – risk assessment, hazards and person responsibility 

11.40 - 12.00 Point of work (POWRA) assessment method 

12.00 - 12.20 Panel Questions

12.20 - 13.30 Lunch

13.30 - 14.00  Overview refrigerant safety and risk assessment for flammable refrigerants 

14.00 -14.20 Working on installed systems 

14.20 - 14.40 Working at height 

14.40 -15.00 Working on air conditioning systems 

15.00- 15.20 Panel question and answer

15.20 - 15.50 Coffee break

15.50 - 16.20 Open Forum Session. Delegates will be invited to submit questions in advance of and during this session.

Other useful information

  • Inform the conference organisers of any dietary or access requirements by midday Tuesday 4th June. 
  • The conference presentations will be circulated after the event. 
  • CPD certificates are available on request. Email the conference organisers to request one.
  • Delegates can submit questions in advance for the open forum session. Questions sheets will be available from the conference reception desk.
  • Photos will be taken at the event. These images may be used on the IOR website and to publicise future IOR meetings.
