World Refrigeration aims to raise awareness among the wider public about the importance of refrigeration technologies in everyday life. As part of the event, IIR (International Institute of Refrigeration) is compiling details on the different initiatives being organised worldwide. Whilst this year's events are most likely to held online, related initiatives such as launch of a video, a training programme, or publication on 26th June can also be included. Expert in climate change adaptation Tim Fox will deliver a keynote talk at the IOR’s Adaptation 2025 conference detailing why cooling is now a “mission critical” service, essential to public health, food security, global commerce, and economic well-being.
