The IOR's recent webinar on refrigerant recovery, recycling and reuse proved to be very popular with the industry's professionals as it attracted 150 registrations. With HFC refrigerant supply becoming more limited as a result of the phase down, refrigerant recovery, recycling and reuse is becoming one of the sector's hottest topic. The webinar answered some of the key issues surrounding current legal requirements and gave examples of good practice. New IOR Guidance Note on Coaching

IOR has published its latest Education Guidance Note in the series, this time focusing on Coaching as a way of employers supporting engineering and technician development.  The Guidance Note (16) gives a guide to understanding the benefits of coaching, how this differs from mentoring and includes a useful list of organisations who can offer help with setting up coaching schemes or offer coaching.
