IOR Members Jacinta Caden and Lisa Jayne Cook have made this year's list of the Top 50 Women in Engineering. Awarded by the Women's Engineering Jacinta WES 50 Top EngineerSociety (WES), this prestigious accolade was granted this year to the best current and former apprentices, showing our industry trains some of the best engineers in the UK. Both Jacinta and Lisa Jayne are part of the Women in RACHP Planning Group, while Jacinta is also a member of the IOR Board of Trustees.

Commenting on Lisa Jayne and Jacinta's fantastic achievement, Steve Gill, Founding Member of the Women in RACHP Group said "Both Jacinta and Lisa-Jayne deserve our congratulations. We should be proud of them, and proud that they represent our industry.  If anyone doubted our industry’s position within engineering circles, the success of these two should serve as a reminder that we can hold our own with the best….and even beat them".

The IOR would like to extend its hearty congratulations on their win and would like to thank them for representing our industry in such a positive light.
