Do you employ service engineers?The IOR Service Engineers' Section is designed to give technicians working in roles in service, maintenance, installation or commissioning, access to up to date technical news and good practice guides. The section is easy to join - there are no requirements for sponsorship or academic qualifications. Once you sign up you will be sent four postal mailings each year packed full of useful guidance relevant to your day to day work, news on refrigerants, legislation and invites to webinars or events just for service engineers. At the end of each year you will receive a CPD Certificate (Continued Professional Development) to add to your CV to show you are keeping yourself up to date.
For individual technicians the cost of subscribing is £42 a year and when you join you get access to our on line library of over 150 Service Engineer publications and guides as well as a folder and badge.
To join first you need to create your on line account and sign in, then fill out the on line application form here.
For employers the cost of registering 5 or more engineers is just £35 per person and for students it is free for the first year! Contact us to find out about the company and student discount schemes.
