The IOR's Women in RACHP released the first episode of its podcast "The States of Matter" on 23 June 2022 to mark International Women in Engineering Day.
100 Years of Rebel Women brings together a panel who, between them, have over 100 years of experience working in the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump sector. They share what the network means to them, explore how the expectation and attitudes toward women in engineering have changed and revisit some career highs, lows and everything in between.

IOR has published its latest Education Guidance Note in the series, this time focusing on Coaching as a way of employers supporting engineering and technician development. The Guidance Note (16) gives a guide to understanding the benefits of coaching, how this differs from mentoring and includes a useful list of organisations who can offer help with setting up coaching schemes or offer coaching.
