The Women in RACHP Network is proud to support the International Network of Women in Cooling (INWIC) Mentorship Programme.
The INWIC Mentorship Programme is a new online initiative designed to connect women professionals across the global cooling sector, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development, and meaningful industry connections. Professionals working in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps (RACHP) are invited to register as either mentors or mentees and become part of the first cohort of this free programme.
To participate in the Mentorship Programme as either a mentor or mentee, you must first join the INWIC network. Membership is free, with a range of membership options available to suit different levels of involvement. Further information on joining the network can be found here.
