Guidance note 33On June 1st 2015 two former directives (Dangerous Substances Directive 76/464/EEC & Dangerous Preparations Directive 88/379/EEC) for classifying the hazards of chemicals were replaced by the CLP Regulation EC No 1272/2008 (Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures).

This guidance note, available here, has been produced as an addendum to the four IOR Refrigerant Safety Codes of Practice which IOR members can download for free.
