Businesses are being encouraged to move to heat pumps as low-carbon alternatives but in the absence of more robust processes for the design, equipment selection, control, installation and commissioning their carbon savings potential could be severely compromised. The impact a good service and maintenance regime can make a significant difference.  Gavin Redmore, Head of Energy at City FM, will take us through a critical analysis of each phase of these processes, highlighting best practice and sharing examples that show just how much difference following best practice can make to the performance of Air Source Heat Pumps in installation.
