The IOR is looking for an exceptional service engineer known for his or her outstanding technical knowledge, extensive experience in the sector and impeccable customer service. The winner will receive industry recognition for their contribution as a role model with a cash prize of £400, a pewter beer tankard and an invitation to meet the industry at the IOR Annual Dinner on 21 February in London.
