Didier Coulomb, Director General of the International Institute of Refrigeration recently gave an interview which features in the 2018-2019 international special issue of the Industria & Formazione magazine: “The dawn of a new refrigeration area”. The interview gives an overview of the impact of the refrigeration sector on climate change and on flammable refrigerants which are both current issues at the heart of the political and technical decision process of governments worldwide.
