Work experience is a way to raise awareness of the importance of our industry, attract the best new recruits into RACHP careers, inspire young people and help them move from education to employment. It also helps to fulfill business corporate and social responsibility objectives by building links with the local community and supporting schools and young people in to worthwhile employment.
