Dominic Dray from Eastleigh College has been announced as this year's SkillFridge Gold Winner at last week's WorldSkills UK in Birmingham. Dominic is working for Royale Refrigeration & Air Conditioning where he is currently half way through his apprenticeship. Runner ups were Chandler Davison of Thermocold who won silver and Sam Gills who got Bronze.We would like to congratulate Dominic and all the participants in the competition who are helping to showcase talent and raise the profile of the industry at these national competitions. In appreciation the IOR is offering a years free membership to all of the finalists recognising their unique contribution to the future of our industry.
