Installer SHOW 2025 is the UK's largest event for installers and specifiers of heat, water, air, and energy technology. It is free to attend and is happening at the NEC in Birmingham from the 24th -26th of June 2025

It will explore how heat pumps operate, the different types available and give installers the information they need to convince clients that heat pumps are the correct choice to heat their homes and businesses. It will focus on the efficient operation of heat pumps.

Lawrence Leask FInstR

Lawrence is an energy consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration. For over 20 years, he has been delivering projects to improve the efficiency of refrigeration systems, process chillers, air handling units, pumps, and fans. He has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge and will explain how often small changes to business practices and installations can lead to large energy savings. 

Chris Ridge

Chris is the Technical Director for the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA). With fifteen years in the thermal insulation industry and over 25 years experience in the construction and energy sectors, he is well aware that achieving net-zero carbon is a key challenge for the construction industry. Often, the importance of correctly installing and maintaining thermal insulation is overlooked. Chris is keen to share information on the vital role it plays in reducing energy usage and increasing efficiency.

Neil Roberts MInstR

Neil is the Technical Sales Director at Climalife in the UK, President of the British Refrigeration Association, Chair of the Federation of Environmental Trade Associations, Chair of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board and Member of the IOR Technical Committee.  With over 30 years’ experience of developing and introducing refrigerants into the refrigeration industry, Neil is determined to continue to support the industry through the next phase of transition to very low GWP refrigerants and moving towards a sustainable future.

Paul Singh FInstR

Paul Singh is a RACHP  training consultant,  an OfQUAL subject matter expert for RACHP and a founding member of the RACHP - TAG: trainers and assessors group. He is an IOR  Fellow and on the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR).  Further, he is the Chairperson of the Birmingham Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning  (BSRA). Paul  Singh's RACHP career has spanned over 48 years, and he has a passion for the RACHP Industry; in particular, about RACHP training, mentoring, career guidance and CPD.
