The Presenter

Conor Eaton-Smith FInstR

Conor Eaton-Smith is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the refrigeration, heat recovery and heat pump sector. He has extensive expertise in the design, specification and management of advanced RACHP systems, including transcritical CO₂ and other low-GWP technologies.

His work focuses on improving energy efficiency, reducing total cost of ownership, and delivering sustainable, future-ready refrigeration solutions across commercial and industrial applications. Conor is recognised for his practical insight into system integration, control strategies and the evolving role of centralised refrigeration in modern design.
