Overview

Attend this meeting to hear Mark Mcinden discuss his J&E Hall Gold Medal Award-winning research.

This technical talk will present the results of a study to identify alternatives to the HFC refrigerants and report the results of a comprehensive search for the best single-component, low-GWP replacement fluid. 

 

Presenter

Dr Mark McLinden has been actively engaged in researching new refrigerants for most of his career. He was one of the original developers of the NIST REFPROP database which has become the standard for refrigerant properties in the industry and which is widely used in the design of refrigeration equipment.
