On 11th November, the IOR’s Women in RACHP Network will be hosting a practical training day designed to open up the world of refrigeration to those in non-engineering roles. The event offers a unique opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, helping participants gain an understanding of the technologies that power the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump sector.
Throughout the day, attendees will explore the principles of the refrigeration cycle, learn about F-Gas Regulations, and take part in hands-on sessions with real systems. The programme is open to everyone working in, or interested in, the RACHP sector, and is ideal for anyone wanting to gain a basic understanding of how refrigeration systems work.
Spaces will be limited, so we encourage you to book early to be part of this inclusive and supportive learning experience.
