The Women in RACHP Network is requesting your help to examine the gender-parity gap in the RACHP industry in order to establish what are the most female-friendly practices that promote diversity and inclusion.
The research focuses on cultural change, in order to re-brand the industry to be more female-friendly. By addressing equal pay, a clear path of progression and a healthy work-life balance, the sector can attract and retain top female talent and make an impact on women looking for their next career move.
We can’t afford to continue to miss out on the skills of talented women to drive innovation within our companies. Let’s change this today by completing this short survey.
The survey is open to both women and men working in the RACHP in all roles. All survey data is anonymised for reporting purposes. At the end of the survey, you will be given the possibility to enter your email address in order to be entered into a prize draw to win a Latitude travel charger set.
Anyone taking part in the survey can request a complimentary copy of the report for reference, which is a great opportunity for businesses to compare against and ensure they are able to attract and retain top talent.
Please share the survey link, www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/wrachp19 with colleagues to enhance the data collected!
