IOR was pleased to be invited to the recent workshop hosted in London on 27th May at LSBU to hear the latest about this important  European project that aims to provide a range of tools that will help the food industry to reduce emissions and reach strategic net zero targets.

Members were present both in the audience and as speakers giving an overview of opportunities for the UK retail sector. Just some of the topics that came up at the enough project workshop on retail cold chain sustainability: Are we doing enough to help support a sustainable refrigeration food chain? How can we build a better case for investing in innovation? and as always.. Are there enough people with the right skills to implement solutions? Lots more to work to be done.
