Plant a little seed - Episode 6 of The States of Matter Podcast
Hear from two award-winning engineers who have taken very different routes into the RACHP industry but share a passion for encouraging the next generation of engineers.
This month's guests, Laura Bishop and Jacinta Caden, share their experiences of working in some unusual surroundings, the importance of mentoring and how being involved in a professional institution can enhance careers and personal development. They also discuss topless calendars and how flipping the script can change a company policy in less than 24 hours.
