The IOR is delighted to be a founding partner of the International Network for Women in Cooling (INWIC) - a new initiative aiming to advance the engagement of women, promote career opportunities, and increase their overall participation in the refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pumps (RACHP) sector.
The International Network for Women in Cooling is a great fit with the work the IOR has been doing in the UK with members through its Women in RACHP group to promote careers and raise awareness of this important diversity issue.
