The IOR is delighted to be a founding partner of the International Network for Women in Cooling (INWIC) - a new initiative aiming to advance the engagement of women, promote career opportunities, and increase their overall participation in the refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pumps (RACHP) sector.
The International Network for Women in Cooling is a great fit with the work the IOR has been doing in the UK with members through its Women in RACHP group to promote careers and raise awareness of this important diversity issue. IOR Board Of Trustees Nominations Open

Fellows, Members, Associates and Technicians are all invited to consider joining the Board in this year’s round of elections. Each year two new Board members are elected by the membership to encourage opportunities for new people and different expertise and experience to play a role.
