The achievements of the top 10 Students of the Year were celebrated last week by the industry.  Students reflecting the wide variety of different roles, employers and training routes joined employers and industry representatives at an award ceremony, that saw Sam Gills of Star Refrigeration (6th from left) named the Gold Award Winner.  The 10 finalists were presented with their certificates by Sam Buckell, chair of the IOR Women in RACHP network, and a speech was given on behalf of the judges by IOR Trustee Jacinta Caden.
