Members are invited to attend the AGM of the Institute of Refrigeration which will be held on 29th October 2025 at 2.15pm in London at One Park Crescent, London W1B 1SH and also online. 

We will begin with representatives of all of the various IOR Committees giving reports on their work and future programmes at 2.15pm and then move into the AGM when the Board shares the activities and achievements of their Institute during the previous twelve months presented as part of the Annual Report and Accounts (below).

Nearest underground Great Portland Street or Regents Park.  The building is marked "International Students House" and is set back from the main road through a small car park opposite Great Portland Street Station.

How to take part in the AGM

In-person: You will need to select "BUY" from the ticket link on the top right of this page once you have selected book a "ticket - IOR AGM" .  All members may attend, but only voting members (Fellow, Member, Associate and Technician) are able to vote.  You may vote in person or download the proxy voting form above and return this in advance. The event is not open to non-members.

Online:  If you cannot attend in person you can listen online via webinar. Make sure you submit your vote in advance by completing the proxy form and returning this to the IOR by close of 22nd October and register here to receive a joining link.

If you are not attending in person you can still vote:

Cast your vote in advance by Proxy using the form here by 22nd October so that your vote will be included on the day of the AGM.  Forms must be signed in writing and scanned (or you can take a photo on your phone of the completed signed form) and returned by email or post.  Once you have submitted a Proxy Vote you will only be able to change your vote or vote in person at the meeting if you notify us that you wish to withdraw your Proxy.

The results of the voting in the IOR Trustee and President-Elect elections will be announced at the AGM and published on the website shortly thereafter.
