Just in time for the weekend the IOR is releasing a new Good Practice Guide available for FREE download for a limited time only.

Dealing with weight scale calibration this guide outlines how scales are used for measuring refrigerant weights in cylinders and how they need to be calibrated regularly to ensure that they give correct readings.

This is only one of the publications available with the Service Engineer's Section membership which allows subscribers to gain access to free downloads of service engineers' section publications on the website. Other perks including four postal mailings a year with good practice guides, tool box talks and newsletters, a free Torque Tool and a folder to keep your mailings in as well as an annual CPD Certificate as evidence of their commitment to developing their technical knowledge through the IOR. To find out more about membership, visit www.ior.org.uk/membership.

The FREE Good Practice Guide is available at www.ior.org.uk/buy-documents
