The Institute of Refrigeration is delighted to announce that bookings are now open for the 127th IOR Annual Dinner, taking place on 25 February 2027 at the Hilton London Bankside, beside the iconic Tate Modern. Known as the Original Fridge Dinner, this flagship gathering offers an exceptional opportunity to broaden your network, reconnect with colleagues, and enjoy an evening of celebration.

The programme will shine a spotlight on outstanding personal and professional achievements across the RACHP sector, including:

  • J&E Hall Gold Medal for innovation
  • IOR RACHP EngTech Lifetime Achievement Award, rewarding service and maintenance engineers
  • Terry Perry Award for Student Research
  • The Lightfoot Award for the best IOR paper, as voted by IOR members
  • Beyond Refrigeration Award recognising a RACHP project or innovation delivering meaningful emissions reductions

Guests will also hear from new IOR President Steve Gill FInstR, who will outline his and the IOR Board’s vision for the Institute’s future direction.
