HSE is currently holding a consultation on the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR). The consultation invites stakeholder feedback on a series of legislative and non‑legislative proposals aimed at reducing work‑related ill health. It also explores ways to lighten the reporting burden on businesses, including options to simplify how incidents are reported to the regulator.
