The IOR Industry Skills Alliance is hosting its group meetings this month, and there’s still time to get involved. Your expertise can help shape the future skills needed across the RACHP sector.

The groups are meeting on the following dates:

  • Group 1: 9 June - 1 pm
This group is in charge of raising awareness of the industry by working with schools, running STEM outreach, and supporting initiatives such as the LEGO programme.
  • Group 2: 8 June - 2 pm
This focus group's main goal is to develop a strong pipeline of funding opportunities to support long‑term outreach, workforce development, and collaborative projects.
  • Group 3: 18 June - 10.30 am
This group will ensure that training, qualifications, and professional development align with employer needs, strengthen provision, and support sustainable career pathways.

The groups offer a powerful way to shape the future of skills, putting your expertise to work to help drive the sector forward.

Contact IOR Outreach Project Manager, Matt Harvey at matt@ior.org.uk to take part in one or several of the meetings.
