The IOR is inviting individuals working in the RACHP sector from across the Midlands to attend a regional gathering of members on 16 September 2026 which will be hosted at the Daikin Training Centre in Birmingham.
The event is designed to create new opportunities for networking, professional development and working together.
IOR regional groups help to build a strong sense of community amongst members. IOR Membership is more than just technical resources and professional support, but it’s equally important to connect with people who understand the opportunities and challenges within their local area.
The event will include a welcome from IOR President-Elect Stephen Gill FInstR, the latest news and opportunities at the IOR from CEO Miriam Rodway and local members Justin Southwick FInstR and Paul Singh FInstR. Generously hosted by Daikin the event that will be held from 4-6pm and attendees will be able to explore the training centre facilities.
The event is open to IOR members and non-members.

HSE is reviewing the Personal Protective Equipment at Work (Amendment) Regulations 2022 (PPER 22). The 2022 Regulations extended employers’ and employees’ duties regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) to limb (b) workers.
