To mark the start of National Heat Pump Week, the IOR Women in RACHP Network recently welcomed Charlotte Lee, Chief Executive of the Heat Pump Association (HPA UK), for an engaging discussion on the future of heat pumps and the wider RACHP sector.

Charlotte shared insights into the HPA’s rapid growth, the merger of trade bodies, and the policies helping to drive heat pump deployment across both new-build and retrofit projects. The conversation also explored key industry challenges, including skills and training needs, alongside emerging opportunities linked to electrification and cooling.

The session offered a personal perspective on industry leadership, with Charlotte reflecting on the realities of leading an organisation, advocating for a growing sector, and balancing a demanding career with family life.

The Women in RACHP Network would like to thank Charlotte for sharing her experience, expertise and valuable insights during National Heat Pump Week.
