Six months following its creation, the IOR Industry Skills Alliance brought together more than 200 employers, education providers, professional bodies, awarding organisations and industry partners to tackle the skills and talent challenges facing the RACHP sector.
This milestone event will provide an opportunity to celebrate what has been achieved so far, share progress against priorities and recognise the collective impact of this growing network. The day will focus on the work of the Qualifications Group, led by NOCN Group, with members reviewing key actions, sharing achievements, discussing challenges and identifying the next steps needed to drive meaningful change across the sector.
Participants will also hear updates from the STEM Group, including the impact of its activities to date and plans to inspire more young people to consider careers in RACHP and the wider engineering profession.
The event will offer an opportunity for industry professionals, employers, stakeholders, training providers, and educators to share experiences, discuss current challenges, and contribute to shaping the future skills landscape of the industry.
