Charlotte Robinson from the UK wins the second edition of the Women in Cooling video competition, which spotlights the vital contributions of women in the refrigeration industry.
Organisers said: " Robinson impressed the judges with her hands-on practical troubleshooting of a compressor, showcasing her expertise and technical acumen in the field."
Eight women entered the competition this year, and you can view their entries on the AREA RACHP YouTube Channel.

IOR has published its latest Education Guidance Note in the series, this time focusing on Coaching as a way of employers supporting engineering and technician development. The Guidance Note (16) gives a guide to understanding the benefits of coaching, how this differs from mentoring and includes a useful list of organisations who can offer help with setting up coaching schemes or offer coaching.
