The Environment Agency has updated its guidance regarding the interpretation of Point 15 of Annex III to Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, specifically in relation to exemptions from the prohibition on placing on the GB market single split air-conditioning systems charged with HFCs (less than 3kg) with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) exceeding 750.
