Access to the full conference proceedings. This is two days of technical paper presentations, short courses and workshops on the 8th and 9th of March and a choice of technical tour on the 10th March. A data stick of all papers. Lunches and refreshment breaks on the 8th and 9th of March. This ticket also includes access to the evening networking & hospitality programme. This is an informal evening of networking with food and refreshments at an historic bar overlooking Birmingham's Canal network.
One day of conference proceedings, a data stick of all papers, lunch, and refreshment breaks on the day of attendance. One-day tickets are available for Monday 8th March or Tuesday 9th March. The one-day tickets do not include access to the evening networking & hospitality programme.
Accompanying person programme
An accompanying person's package is available. This includes attendance at the evening networking & hospitality programme on the 8th March and access a tour on 9th March.
Monday 8th March - Conference proceedings followed by an evening networking & hospitality programme
Tuesday 9th March - Conference proceedings followed by an evening free to explore Birmingham
Wednesday 10th March - Technical Tours leaving from the conference venue. Coaches will return no later than 2pm.
Speakers, IIR, IOR, IRC and CIBSE members receive reduced registration rates. The discounted student rate is available for those studying for a first degree or postgraduate qualification. A discounted rate is also available for delegates living in Low and Middle-Income Countries.

85 non-visa countries and territories must apply for a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before visiting the UK. These include the United States, Canada, Australia, and all European Union member states. Full details and a link to apply can be found here.
If a registrant cannot attend the conference for any reason, they may substitute a different delegate, by arrangement. The new delegate must be someone from the same institute/organisation.
Where the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
All cancellations and changes of names relating to conference registration must be sent in writing to Adaptation@ior.org.uk
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
1. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
2. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee-nominated account.
