Student Prizes For Best Paper

The organising committee of the Conference is delighted to announce that an award will be presented at the conference for the best paper written by a student author. 

A winning paper will be selected from each conference stream, and the overall winner will be chosen from this shortlist. 

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the Award it is necessary to be a registered student, undergraduate or postgraduate, on the 1st September 2026.
  • The student must be the lead author, and the majority of work must be that of the student, though co-authors can be listed if appropriate.
  • The student is also required to attend the conference and present the paper. ( A student rate for the conference will be available)

If the student author does not register for the conference and present the paper it will not be eligible to be considered for the prize.

Prize Fund and Prize Giving

The winner will receive a prize fund of £500.00.  Two runners up will each receive £250.00. The winners will be announced during the conference's opening ceremony.

The judges' decision is final and no feedback will be supplied.
