The IOR was invited to a career fair in South London to showcase career options in the RACHP sector. Members and staff met Year 9 and Year 10 students to talk about the many paths in the industry and also to show some RACHP fundamentals using the IOR STEM toolkit, which includes puzzles and, of course, the Refrigeration Plant Lego Kit!
