The Live Conference Help Desk will be open during the conference so you can speak to an organiser during the conference if you need some help.
The help desk will be open

In Gather Town
Go to the conference help desk. You will find this in the bottom left-hand corner of the main lobby.
Press X on your keyboard then follow the joining instruction to access Zoom. A member of the team will be waiting to help you.
There will also be members of the IOR team in Gather Town. Use the locate option to find Edith Myers or Miriam Rodway and they will be happy to help you
