Booking and Cancellation Policy

By booking to attend this conference all delegates are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for IOR Events. These can be seen here.

Where the registrant is unable to take part the following refund arrangements apply:

Bookings cancelled on or after the 1st March 2022 will not be eligible for a refund and 100% of the amount will be due.

All cancellations relating to the conference must be sent in writing to iccc2022@ior.org.uk

Additional information

This event is part of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) conference schedule. The IOR is organising the event on behalf of the IIR

The delegate list will include the name and company affiliation of each delegate. The delegate list will be given to everyone attending the event including exhibitors and sponsors.

No delegate contact information will not be shared unless agreement is given to join the delegate directory. The delegate directory will allow conference delegates to make one to one contact for discussion and networking opportunities. All conference delegates will also be invited to join the Conference LinkedIn Group so that networking opportunities are available to delegates.
