Conference Registration

Speakers, IIR, IOR and IRC members receive reduced registration rates. A discounted student rate will be available for those studying for a first degree or postgraduate qualification. A discounted rate will also be available for delegates attending from Article 5 Countries. 

What is included in the registration fee?

  • Full conference delegates: The conference proceedings, a data stick of all papers, short courses and workshops, a choice of technical tour, welcome reception on the 10th August, evening network event on the 11th of August that will include catering, lunches and refreshments breaks on the 11th and  12th August. 
  • Day Delegates: These packages are only available on Monday, August 11th, or Tuesday, August 12th. They include one day of conference proceedings, a data stick of all papers, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Day delegate packages do not include the welcome reception or the informal conference dinner.

Programme overview

Sunday 10th August - Welcome reception

Monday 11th August - Conference proceeding followed by an informal evening event with catering

Tuesday 12th August - Conference proceeding - evening free to explore Manchester 

Wednesday 13th August - Tours 

Conference rates 

The full conference package will start from £470, and the Article 5 Countries and student delegate packages start from £210.
