Focusing on the topical subject of Digitalisation & Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Cooling and Heating Sector, she will discuss how digitalisation and AI can contribute to the decarbonisation of heating and cooling by enhancing system optimisation. She will also look at ways in which this technology can promote more equitable access to heating and cooling solutions while outlining the potential challenges of integrating AI, including issues around skills and cybersecurity.
